What is our Telecoms Usage Fee?
For customers using our telecoms billing, we charge an additional fee based on call amounts invoiced. This excludes fixed monthly service charges such as line rentals, and is charged as a percentage of the overall call amount invoiced during a single month. With the Telecoms Usage Fee we only charge for what you've invoiced - if you go through a month without invoicing any calls, no additional charge is applied to you.
You can find what your current Telecoms Usage Fee is at any time by going to Settings -> My Account in your Billingbooth account.
